Bouya is a youth Delegate of the Evangelical Church of Congo, of Congolese nationality, Economist researcher, and member of the assembly of the Advisory Council of Youth in the Republic of Congo. He is responsible for mobilizing young people from Congo Brazzaville and the DRC
