The All Africa Youth Congress Steering Committee’s mandate is to spearhead a campaign on Youth and Pan Africanism under the theme Africa: My Home. My Future. The Committee is made up of young people from the different regions of Africa. Each one of them brings a unique skill to the group. The youth congress Steering Committee comprise chairperson, vice and a secretary elected by the members. The AACC secretariat and the Ghana local organizing committee assist the committee in organizing the All Africa Youth Congress
